The True Vine

I have always loved this material, seen in an atrium in Cleveland.

Can anyone make one like it? (BIG SMILE!?)

UPDATE: I can make this myself; if I could find miniature grapes for less than $25 for 12 tiny bunches. And I thought REAL grapes were expensive!
